My fortune cookie today was pure poetry

Apparently my parents got a letter from the White House congratulating them on my birth. I guess I’m kind of a big deal. #WhiteHouse #BillClinton #HillaryClinton

Thanks to @ktloffs for taking me out to drive the boat! It was such a kickass surprise and probably the most fun I’ve had in awhile, I can’t wait to go back

Awwwww I’m one of Gabi’s favorites, what a honor this is!

1) I am studying psychology at SUNY Plattsburgh, graduating in 2016.

2) My greatest skill in life is probably handbalancing (essentially the art of handstands). I have been training for almost 3 years now and my most impressive feat is probably a one-handed handstand

3) I have two tattoos (script from the poem Invictus on my ribs and two swallows on my chest) and I plan on getting a few more over the next few years

4) I play D2 rugby for Plattsburgh, I am a first string reserve and I either play strong-side flanker or left wing

5) I constantly write music/poems/philosophy in a journal of mine next to my bed

6) If I stay on my continued course I will be the second man in my family to graduate from college

7) I had pancreas/gal bladder surgery when I was 16 due to eating an obscene amount of hamburgers and fries

8) I just went to Ireland from the 25th of May to the 2nd of June, I loved every second of it

9) My two favorite bands are blink-182 and The Gaslight Anthem

10) I currently work as a lifeguard at my local town pool where I have done so for going on 4 years

I also woke up to find two pictures of him pulling his cheeks apart, bragging how it only got four notes.

Males just have no respect anymore.’Thanks, I totally love when my entire gender is lumped into consistently negative stereotypes. How about this: single out offensive/crude/predacious/misogynistic/abusive  males for who they are and ridicule/punish them individually. Don’t lump the entire male gender under a negative characteristic, especially one that is portrayed by a very small portion of the actual population.If this post were to be framed in a negative way that ended with a personal opinion such as ‘wow, all females are total bitches’ or ‘wow isn’t that just typical of (insert any racial minority group)’ people would be up in arms over it. Just reflect on that before being overly stereotypical of such a large population… You are right to ridicule this person individually, and I support you in doing so considering his actions, but don’t use him as a stereotype for the male population as a whole, thanks.

I went from completely helpless/panic attack/distraught when I couldn’t find my dog for 3+ hours after she ran away to overwhelmingly joyful after finding her hiding from the rain in the woods. Stupid dog, don’t do that, I love you way too much to lose you. You could say today was an emotional rollercoaster

So I’m a bit of a perfectionist… I hate seeing pictures of handstands get 1000+ notes when the person has a crooked back/bent arms/unpointed toes/bent legs. A handstand should be straight, perpendicular to the ground with thoroughly good form before it’s ‘picture worthy’. Telling people you can hold a ‘pretty good’ handstand and then having terrible form is like saying ‘I can play piano’ to your friends and then playing chopsticks

My new boxers match my swallows and this makes me happy. In other news it’s 4am and I need sleep
